One such space is our 7th floor vacancy, which comes with unobstructed views of the surrounding greenery and waterways. With three parking levels below ground and visitor parking above ground, we are proud to offer three parking spaces for every 1,000 sq. ft. of space. Direct access from our parking garages ensures you never have to brave the elements when you arrive at 511 EJC. Our on-site management team is always down the hall from the main lobby to fulfill any inquiry. Plus, our security team is available 24/7 for your convenience and safety.
